All our web servers have full up to date anti-virus software installed on them. Updates are also completed on a regular basis ensuring each web server is a completely secure hosting environment.

Protecting the network within our Datacenter is equally important.

Each and every one of our servers run on the Windows 2003 Server platform. The most stable and secure Operating System released by Microsoft to date.

Each server runs various monitoring and security tools which are automatically kept up to date with latest software patches and security updates; this includes anti-virus software and Windows security updates.

If in the unlikely event one of our web servers does develop a problem, our tech support team are quick to respond. Any hardware and software fixes which need to be completed within our Datacenter are usually completed within just a few hours minimising any disruption to the excellent service you expect.

Protecting our Network and Datacenter.

Our network is a fully switched network. Traffic destined for a website hosted on a server is sent only through switching equipment necessary to deliver the information to that server.

This minimises the risk of someone sniffing or capturing traffic being sent across the network. Furthermore, Piko Technologies vigorously prosecutes persons who generate malicious attacks on our internal network.
